1-800 Customer Service Number Guide

Our friendly automated customer service telephone system makes it easy for you to conduct business with us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • To conduct almost any business transaction dial 1-800-ENTERGY (1-800-368-3749).
  • To report an outage dial 1-800-9OUTAGE (1-800-968-8243).

When you call Entergy, you will need the telephone number that is listed on your account or the account number as listed on your bill. 

Using our 24/7 automated telephone system you can:

  • Pay by Phone
  • Get Quick Payment Center (QPC) Code which is needed to make a payment at an Entergy Pay Station in your area
  • Check your current balance and last payment made
  • Request more time to pay your bill
  • Check status of permits and work orders
  • Report an outage and obtain up to date information about a current outage. You can also dial 1-800-9OUTAGE (1-800-968-8243) to report an outage.

We're continuing to improve our system.

We have changed our menu to make it friendlier and easier to use! The new menus will shorten and simplify your call. When you call, you will be asked if you are calling from the telephone associated with the account you are calling about. If your response is "Yes," this number will be used by Entergy’s automated system to identify and locate your account information. If you indicate that you are not calling from the telephone at the service location, you will be prompted to enter the phone number or account number for the account.
