Give your account an easy to remember nickname.

Account number: the account number of your Entergy utility account
Nickname: the easy name you choose to identify your account

Change an existing easy to remember nickname for your account.

Account number and/or ZIP code are not valid. Recheck your information and reply REG [account #] [zipcode] <nickname>

Nickname is not valid.  Nickname must be 10 or fewer letters and numbers.

Customer submitted "nick" command without any nicknames.  The system responds by listing all account/nickname combinations on file.
