How do I use the text commands after registering my cellphone to check the status of my account?

Text commands include:
  • Check the balance, due date, account number and other information for your account: Text "bal" (without quotes) to 368374.
  • Get an extension of a few days to pay your bill if you are eligible. Text "ext" (without quotes) to 368374.
  • Check the status of a work order or permit for your account. Text "order" (without quotes) to 368374.

Any registered cellphone has access to the account information and privileges.

  • Depending on your wireless plan, you may be charged for the text messages associated with this service.
  • Indication that power is restored to your area does not guarantee your home or business has power.
