	Mike Maulden Director, External Affairs 501.377.4474 mmaulde@entergy.com Mike Maulden, Entergy Arkansas’ director of external affairs, is responsible for directing Entergy’s Office of Economic Development known as “Teamwork Arkansas”. Teamwork Arkansas is a private sector economic development initiative focused on recruiting new businesses to Arkansas and assisting communities in developing themselves into places that are attractive to new and existing businesses. Under his leadership, Site Selection magazine has recognized Entergy as a top 10 Utility Economic Development Group in North America for 1998, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
	Becky Rogers Senior Secretary 501.377.4434 rroger1@entergy.com Becky Rogers is the administrative assistant in the economic development department. Rogers provides executive level support to the director and his staff. A 29-year Entergy veteran, Rogers has held several positions in various departments such as Purchasing & Stores, Nuclear, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Service.  Rogers joined Teamwork Arkansas in September 2002.
	Sherry McDonnell, PCED Community Development Coordinator 501.377.5882 smcdonn@entergy.com As the Community Development Coordinator, McDonnell is responsible for coordination of Community Development programs and for new program design at Entergy Arkansas. Our Community Development programs are designed to assist communities improve their ability to attract and retain business and industry through organization, planning and preparation for economic development at the local level. McDonnell holds a BA in speech communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a graduate of the Community Development Institute and is a Professional Community and Economic Developer. She is a member of the Arkansas Economic Developers and the International Economic Development Council.
	Russell Harris, PCED, EDFP Senior Project Manager 501.377.4089 rharr14@entergy.com As Senior Project Manager, Harris’ responsibilities include initiating contacts with prospective companies and assisting them in expanding or locating their operations in Arkansas and aiding in expansion efforts of business and industry currently located in the state. Harris holds a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from Arkansas State University. He is a graduate of both the Economic Development Institute and the Community Development Institute. Harris currently serves on the board of the Arkansas Economic Developers and the Metro Little Rock Alliance.
	Chris Marsh, PCED Project Manager – Business Recruitment 501.377.4467 cmarsh@entergy.com As a project manager, Marsh’s responsibilities include developing and leveraging effective relationships with prospective companies, target industry sectors and site location consultants and assisting them in expanding or locating their operations in Arkansas. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University – Jonesboro, US Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management, Economic Development Institute, and Community Development Institute.  Currently he serves as the Chairman of Create Little Rock, www.createlittlerock.com.
	Heather Hendrickson Community Resource Center Manager 501.377.4439 hheath@entergy.com Heather Hendrickson joined Teamwork Arkansas in January 2008 as the Community Resource Center Manager. Hendrickson’s responsibilities include providing economic development assistance in the areas of Arkansas Site Selection Center, research, marketing, and geographic information system (GIS) mapping for Entergy-served communities. Hendrickson holds a M.S. in Community and Economic Development and a Graduate Certificate in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas as well as a B.A. in both Spanish and Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University.
